10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a customer refuses a dispatched COD shipment, the order may be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin) and applicable shipping or logistics consequences may apply according to our Shipping Policy.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders.

Kravos may verify COD orders before dispatch.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for customers or locations where operational or delivery risks are identified, including repeated order refusals or unsuccessful deliveries.

Customers are responsible for accepting confirmed COD orders.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of confirmed COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.

12. Payments

Kravos may accept online payments and Cash on Delivery, subject to availability.

Kravos does not intentionally store complete debit card or credit card credentials on its own servers.
